What are the advantages of Pulse Pump AODD pumps?+
Pulse Pump Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps feature a sealless design that guarantees 100% leak-free operations. They are dry-run capable, self-priming up to 7m, ATEX ex-proof certified for hazardous environments, and can handle abrasive fluids containing solid particles without clogging.
How do I choose the correct wetted body material?+
Wetted material selection depends on chemical concentration, pH, and operating temperature. Polypropylene (PP) is ideal for light acids/alkalis, PVDF (Kynar) is suitable for concentrated acids at high temperatures, Aluminum is selected for oils/solvents, and 316 Stainless Steel is preferred for food and pharma processes.
Why is pipe friction loss calculation important?+
Friction head loss is generated by pipe length, elbows, and valves. Incorrect calculation causes under-sizing, leading to reduced flow rate or high compressed air consumption. Our sizing calculator helps you choose the optimum pump dimension by taking pipeline friction losses into account.
