KVKK Clarification Text

Your personal data is processed for the sales of industrial diaphragm pumps and spare parts, post-sales technical support, engineering consultancy, quote preparation, billing and financial processes execution, and customer relationship management.

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations only to fulfill legal obligations within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. No transfer is made to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected directly from you via contact forms, emails, phone calls, or physically. This data is processed based on the legal grounds of "establishment or performance of a contract", "legal obligation of the data controller", and "legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect processing, request deletion or destruction of data.
